The home's bright, open-concept living space provides a comfortable place for everyone to gather after a day exploring Orlando. The dining area offers plenty of room for family meals, while additional seating at the kitchen island makes breakfast and casual dining easy.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:

Enjoy the convenience of preparing meals at home in the spacious kitchen featuring modern appliances, generous counter space, and an open layout connected to the main living and dining areas.

PRIVATE POOL (POOL HEATING – OPTIONAL):

Pool heating is available for $40 per night, with a minimum charge of 4 nights. The minimum applies even when pool heating is requested for fewer than four nights. Pool heating must be requested and paid for in advance to allow sufficient time for activation.

Please keep in mind that pool temperatures can be affected by outdoor weather conditions, particularly during colder periods, and a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.

PARKING:

Complimentary parking is available in front of the home on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are not reserved or assigned. All vehicles must be pre-registered prior to arrival.

The property is professionally prepared before each arrival. Guests are responsible for maintaining the home in reasonable condition throughout their stay.

BBQ GRILL – OPTIONAL:

A BBQ grill is available for an additional one-time fee of $70 per reservation. This fee covers preparation of the grill for guest use, gas, and cleaning after departure.

SELF-CATERING HOME:

This is a self-catering vacation home. A limited supply of essential items is provided to help guests get started upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay.
For your convenience, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and other stores are located within a short drive of the property.

HOUSEKEEPING:

The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
Daily housekeeping service is not included in the reservation. Additional cleaning services may be available upon request for an additional charge and subject to availability.
An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use during the stay.

TRASH:

Guests are responsible for properly disposing of household trash according to the community instructions provided at the property. Please follow all posted or provided trash procedures to help maintain the cleanliness of the home and community.

PACKAGES & ONLINE PURCHASES:

Guests may arrange online purchases and deliveries during their stay; however, delivery schedules and package handling are controlled by third-party carriers and the community.
We cannot guarantee receipt, storage, or recovery of packages delivered before arrival, after departure, or to an incorrect location.
Guests are responsible for tracking and coordinating their own deliveries.
